Information we use

When you buy or contact us, we may use your name, email address, delivery and billing address, ordered products, order and payment status, messages, and technical information needed to operate and protect the website.

Why we use it

• To take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, and provide customer service under our contract with you.
• To keep tax, accounting and consumer-law records where required by law.
• To prevent fraud, secure the service and resolve disputes where we have a legitimate interest.
• To send marketing only where you have consented or the law otherwise permits it. You can opt out at any time.

Who receives it

Hostinger provides the website, ecommerce platform and checkout; Stripe processes payment; Printify and its print and delivery partners produce and ship orders. Relevant information may also be provided to professional advisers, insurers, regulators or law enforcement when required. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this storefront.

International transfers

Some service providers or their partners may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards required by UK data-protection law must be used.

How long we keep it

Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. Order and accounting records may normally be kept for up to six years where required for tax, accounting or legal purposes. Enquiries that are not connected to an order are removed when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, transfer or objection to the use of your information, or withdraw consent. Email hello@eclectic.click. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

The storefront does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. Hostinger checkout and payment providers may use cookies or similar storage that are necessary to complete and secure a purchase. If optional analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice and the site’s consent controls must be updated first.
