Changing your mind

You may cancel an online order within 14 days after the goods are delivered. Email hello@eclectic.click with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

You are responsible for the direct cost of a change-of-mind return. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. You may handle an item only as much as you would in a shop; a deduction may be made if handling reduces its value.

Refunds

We will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever happens first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Email us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photographs where possible. Your statutory rights apply. We will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return costs when goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Personalised goods

The change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This exception does not apply merely because a standard Eclectic Minds design is printed after ordering.
