Delivery charges

• United Kingdom: £2.50 per order.
• Europe and the rest of the world: £4.50 per order.
• Free delivery on orders of £70 or more.

The charge shown at checkout is the amount you pay for delivery.

Made to order

Items are produced after an order is placed. We aim to deliver within 30 days unless a different timeframe is agreed with you. If an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you using the email address supplied at checkout.

Tracking and split deliveries

Tracking details will be sent when they are provided by the fulfilment partner. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

International orders

International deliveries may be delayed by customs. Import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed in the destination country are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the checkout price.

Incorrect or missing address

Check the delivery address before paying. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production has started.
