Products and availability

Product photographs and colours may appear differently across screens. Sizes, materials and care instructions are described on each product page. Products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges appear before payment. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods shown at Hostinger checkout. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced or cannot be delivered.

Delivery charges and arrangements are set out in the Shipping policy.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Your rights and the return process are set out in the Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are responsible only for losses that are a foreseeable result of breaching these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.
